Use it for workflows that combine tools, habits, decisions, and repeatable steps:

What to capture#

A workflow page should explain the path from intention to finished result.

Include:

  1. Trigger
    When do I use this workflow?

  2. Inputs
    What information, files, tools, or accounts do I need?

  3. Process
    What steps do I follow, and in what order?

  4. Decision points
    Where do I choose between options?

  5. Output
    What should exist when the workflow is complete?

  6. Review
    How do I check quality, accuracy, or completeness?
